Overview
Baseline studies collect data at the outset of a project (or an activity) to establish the pre-project conditions against which future changes amongst a target population can be measured. The information gathered and analyzed during a baseline study focuses on indicators specifically chosen to monitor project performance on a regular basis. Baseline studies can also serve to confirm the initial set of indicators to ensure those indicators are the most appropriate to measure achieved project results. Our seasoned experts apply mixed methods design to complete such assignments.
